Set goal, level, and equipment
Choose your goal, training level, days, time, and available equipment. Your equipment profile keeps the generator grounded.
Generate a plan draft
The draft is built from the Exercise Library, matched to your level, and quality-checked before you see it.
Edit before activation
Swap movements, add custom exercises, use manual builder, or ask AI Editor for a proposed change. You activate the plan only when it fits.
Start Gym Mode
The workout screen guides you set by set with compact exercise navigation, load, reps, RPE, notes, and rest.
Use suggestions between sets
After a set, Operiona can suggest the next load based on RPE and history. The decision stays with you.
Adapt with Reality Mode
Equipment taken, low energy, or less time than expected? Swap, skip, or shorten the session without corrupting your training data.
Review notes, progress, and weekly insight
Sessions go to history. Notes come back next time. Weekly reports show compliance, volume, and fatigue signals.
AI helps. You decide.
Operiona suggests plans, swaps, and loads, but no change is forced. Suggestions are proposals, not automatic changes to your workout.
