Delete your Operiona account
You can request deletion of your Operiona account and associated training data. Send the request by email or, if you can sign in, use the in-app account data page.
How to request deletion
Send an email to kontakt@operiona.com using the email address linked to your Operiona account.
Use the subject line:
Delete Operiona account
Include in your message:
- The email address registered to your account
- Request type: full account deletion or training data only (account stays active)
If you can access your account, you can also delete your data directly in the app or at operiona.com/Profile/Data.
Data that will be deleted
- User account (login credentials)
- Training profile (name, age, height, weight, goals, experience level)
- App settings and preferences
- Workout plans
- Workout history (sessions, sets, loads, reps, RPE, notes)
- AI-related data linked to the account, if applicable
- Public profile and leaderboard data, if enabled
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained for a limited time when required for legal, technical, or security reasons:
- Minimal technical and security logs
- Anonymous or aggregated diagnostic data (no personal identifiers)
- Billing-related records if payments were used (as required for accounting and fraud prevention)
- Records needed to confirm completion of the deletion request
Processing time
Deletion requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 30 days after account ownership is confirmed. We may ask for additional confirmation to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.
Partial data deletion
You may request deletion of selected data — for example, workout history — without deleting the entire account. Describe which data you want removed in your email.
