Operiona Terms of Use
Rules for using Operiona, including account access, subscriptions, and safe training responsibility.
1. No medical advice
Operiona, Exercise Guide, Radar, Plan B, and AI comments are not medical advice, diagnosis, rehabilitation, or a substitute for advice from a physician, physiotherapist, or qualified trainer.
2. Responsibility for training
You are responsible for load selection, technique, warm-up, and deciding whether an exercise is safe for you. Weight and rep suggestions are supporting information only.
3. Pain and discomfort
Stop exercising if you feel sharp pain, unusual discomfort, dizziness, or worrying symptoms. Do not train through pain because the app shows a plan.
4. Account and data
An account is required. You are responsible for keeping login data confidential. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Pro subscription
Some features are available through the paid Operiona Pro subscription.
- Subscriptions are sold and billed by App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in time.
- Cancellation is managed in your store account settings.
- Refunds follow App Store and Google Play policies.
- Current prices and billing periods are shown in the app.
- RevenueCat may be used to synchronize subscription status and Pro access, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the app unlawfully, bypass access or payment mechanisms, or harm other users or the service.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operiona is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from app use or following suggestions.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms as the app develops. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
